Job Number: R0059622Cyber PlannerKey Role:Support a military organization in exercising operational control of assigned forces. Coordinate with other coalition and Joint Task Forces to execute the full spectrum of Cyber, Electronic Warfare (EW), Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW), Information Operations (IO), and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities and missions across the Cyber, electromagnetic, and space domains. Provide cryptologic operations and Cyberspace mission management, including signals intelligence (SIGINT) and direct support (DIRSUP) for augmentation subject matter. Assist with all aspects of management for the program, optimize resources by helping to prioritize requirements, and develop relationships with service military organizations and external organizations associated with client operations. Analyze the drafting of Operational Plans (OPLANS), Execute Orders (EXORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGORDs), Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), and other applicable directives, including  policies, tactical publications, and messages for Navy missions and provide them to internal and external stakeholders for review. Review DoD, combat support agency, Combatant Command, and service and component policies, directives, strategies, and concept papers for accuracy and operational relevancy and research and provide comments to staff and internal and external stakeholders, as required.
Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience with working in SIGINT, IO, EW, or EMW for a DoD military service, including the Navy-5+ years of experience with OPLANs, CONOPs, EXORDs, FRAGORDs, and briefing senior leaders-5+ years of experience with cryptologic and Information Warfare (IW) issues for a DoD military service, including the Navy-5+ years of experience with leveraging expertise in SIGINT and DIRSUP subject matter-5+ years of experience with analyzing and revising DoD Joint planning doctrines and processes-Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week in Central Maryland and take approximately 3 trips to Southern Virginia-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph-BS degree or 10+ years of experience with working in a DoD military organization in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:-Ability to work with senior leaders and managers to identify the requisite workforce competencies and size of workforce required to meet mission needs and make recommendations to develop them-Ability to work within current operations cells to assist with tabulating, tracking, delegating, and finishing all incoming tasking and assignments-Ability to work with the client on all matters pertaining to traditional and future operations, including operational support to missions, mission de-confliction between theaters, equipment installs, resolution of manning issues, right-sizing the force, and liaisons with all involved outside commands
