This opportunity Strategically partners with Human Resources Business Partners to provide Human Resources holistic solutions that enable business partners across Boeing Commercial Airplanes and it part of our newly formed Human Resources Client Services team. We are looking for an individual who brings passion and ability to strategically partner with HR and business unit leaders and across the HR ecosystem to reach into the depth and breadth of Leadership, Learning and Organizational Capabilities (LLOC) and HR products / services to bring forward integrated HR solutions, OneHR solutions, to our business partners, to help them tackle their most pressing business challenges. We bring performance consulting, business acumen, strategic thinking, problem solving, project management, systems thinking, relationship management, collaboration, accountability and flexibility throughout the life cycle of our solutions. Job Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Builds positive working relationships with internal and external business partners, including project and program leads, managers and executives; establishes positive interpersonal relationships by helping people feel valued, appreciated and included in discussions to find solutions.

Consultation: Collaboratively determines courses of action to attain mutual goals; facilitates agreement on partners’ responsibilities and needed support; experience gaining agreement from internal and external business partners, including project and program leads, managers and executives to support ideas or take partnership-oriented action; implements effective means for monitoring and evaluating the partnership process and attainment of mutual goals

Communication: Clarifies purpose, importance, priorities and checks understanding; frames complex messages in line with audience experience, background and expectations; clear and concise verbal and written communication that provides relevant information.

Strategic Partnership: Distills high volume information and proactively provides the most critical insights to multiple stakeholders to drive collaboration and decisions; forward looking in analyzing patterns/trends in business challenges to surface foresights to help shape/influence best-fit innovative solutions.

Customer Focus: Makes business partners and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; develops and sustains productive partner relationships; seeks information to understand partners’ circumstances, problems, expectations and needs; responds quickly to meet partners’ needs and resolve problems; implements ways to monitor and evaluate partners’ concerns, issues and satisfaction.

Possesses the ability to quickly ascertain specialized knowledge of LLOC’s portfolio of services and solutions, design strategies, implementation and evaluation methods.

Required Qualifications:
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience consulting or program/account management

Experience managing strategic partnerships and/or accounts

Preferred Qualifications:
Human resources experience

SHRM certification

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
