With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we build the next generation of combat vehicles for the Army. You’ll work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and personnel of multiple projects by preparing correspondence, reports, and documents ensuring correct grammar, format, and clarity in accordance with correspondence regulations and policy AR-25-50. Establish and update data files using a variety of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and use Microsoft SharePoint to create charts, e-mails, and official correspondence, including input tracking data and administrative reports. Maintain employee attendance records using the government’s Out-of-Office (OOO) and Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) program on SharePoint portal, balance attendance reports, maintain calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, submit visitor requests, and receive visitors and phone calls, including ascertaining the nature of the request and directing callers to the appropriate staff. Process travel orders and vouchers using client processes and the government’s Defense Travel System (DTS). Promote awareness, operational security, and compliance regarding safety issues in the workplace and maintain responsibility for operations support, where needed. Gather and consolidate briefing packages, capture process improvements, and provide recommended courses of action for improved operational processes, and assist the systems acquisition project officer with the tasker module. You Have:-3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint-Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment-Ability to use modern Information Communication Technology (ICT) equipment, including telephone exchange, computer, copier, printer, and scanner-Ability to obtain a security clearance-HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:-Experience with the government’s OOO and ATAAPS preferred-Experience with AR 25-50: Preparing and Managing Army Correspondence preferred-Ability to show a typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM)-BA or BS degree preferred-Active Secret clearance preferred
