Job Number: R0057240Requirements Analyst, MidKey Role:Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and knowledge of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capability and limitations, operating time, and form of expected results. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into proper system requirement specifications. Guide and advise junior business systems analysts. Work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. This position may require travel to the client site for meetings, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:-Experience with leading an IT enterprise and managing critical business systems-Experience with advising clients in developing technology goals and strategies-TS/SCI clearance-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, and Word and developing creative client-ready products-Experience with IT services, the software development life cycle, or technology deployments for the DoD-Experience with JIRA or similar sprint management, requirements management, and bug or issue reporting software-Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-BA or BS degree
