Job Number: R0057785Security AdministratorKey Role:Assist the DoD with the day-to-day operations of two cleared facilities, including support to the personnel, information, and physical security disciplines. Perform security-related duties associated with the escorting of uncleared vendors and maintenance personnel, conducting random inspections, changing and maintaining combinations on security containers, accounting for and marking of classified materials, visitor control functions, and prime and subcontract DD Form 254 administrative functions.  Administer and track corporate and client contractually required security education and training.  Conduct and administer security briefings, debriefings, CAC requests, courier letters, and cards.

 Process outgoing and incoming visit authorizations for personnel assigned to contracts.  Prepare for and participate in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments. Basic Qualifications:-1+ years of experience with administrative support, including maintaining sensitive personnel records-Ability to interpret and communicate established corporate and facility security policies and procedures to employees-Ability to be highly detail-oriented-Ability to be flexible to move from one task to another and be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises-Secret clearance-HS diploma or GED-Ability to complete JPAS User Levels 2-6 Training within 6 months of hire-Ability to complete FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum within 6 months of hireAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with JPAS, DISS, NCAISS, NISS, and eQIP-Knowledge of clearance processing, document control, and physical security, including restricted areas, computer security, and SATE-Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD directives, DCIDs or ICDS, and corresponding government security directives-Knowledge of SF-86, SF-312, DD-254, SF700, SF702, and other required forms-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-Possession of excellent judgment, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills-BA or BS degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
