Trainer will be responsible for facilitating the following: Customer Care training New Hire Training Product training Training will primarily be done face to face but may also be required to use various other methodologies. They will be responsible for monitoring and tracking progress and training logs. The role of the trainer is also to support the managers in creating and maintaining performance related training schedules and monitoring effectiveness of each training session. There will be the need to attend regular train the trainer session which may require travel to the US or other locations.
