Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Communicate with guests, other employees, and/or departments to ensure guest needs are met. Ensure staff is working together as a team. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. We are looking for a Tech lead for our Big Data applications testing automation domain.
**What does Success Look Like?**
In your role as a Big Data Automation Tech Lead, you will:
+ Lead the development of our next generation Big Data testing automation system
+ Provide technical leadership in architecture, design, engineering best practices and on-going development work.
+ Work collaboratively with the different business teams to assess their needs
+ Encourage the growth of junior engineers on the team through skills development, mentoring and technical guidance
+ Define product requirements for improving our system testability.
+ Work in agile bunch, collaborating with developers and data scientist, sharing knowledge with other team members within GRDS.

+ B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
+ At least 3 years’ experience working with Big Data technologies such asHadoop / Spark / Hive / Kafka / HBase / Elastic search stack

+ Excellent verbal and written communication, both in Hebrew and English
+ Excellent analytics, problem-solving and debugging skills
+ Experience in software testing automation group - advantage
+ Hands on experience in DevOps practices – advantage

Supplier Management representative providing onsite support and oversight at Israel and South Africa suppliers and ensuring supplier performance to plan.
Monitors emergent offload/overload suppliers including processors philanthropic machine shop and sheet metal shop
to ensure schedule compliance and product conformity. Identifies establishes and maintains priorities for deliveries of
products services and data that support necessary supplier contractual corrective actions and resolution of issues (e.g. poor schedule performance product and producibility issues) to ensure contractual compliance. Communicates across functions (e.g. procurement agents suppliers internal customers field quality engineering manufacturing) to report status and concerns. Co-facilitates with the supplier the development of a recovery plan and unplanned demand requirements.
Identifies needs for training on business and manufacturing practices (e.g. requirements interpretation and clarification contractual compliance scheduling tools technical skills self assessment) to supplier personnel for improvement or enhancement delivery performance.
