Job Number: R0045330Cyberspace Operations PlannerKey Role:Facilitate offensive Cyberspace operations and identify courses of action for deliberate and crisis planning. Apply integrated target nomination, approval, and assessment processes throughout all phases of contingency planning, operations, and exercises. Provide expert guidance and direction to Cyber targeting analysts supporting target packet development. Integrate, coordinate, and synchronize offensive Cyberspace operational targets, capabilities, and effects. Oversee the tracking, nomination, and development of offensive Cyberspace operational targets supporting operations and exercises. This position is located in Yongsan, Seoul, South Korea 50% of the time and Camp Humphreys 50% of the time; it will transition to Camp Humphreys permanently by the end of 2021.
Basic Qualifications:-2+ years of experience with mission assurance and the Cyberspace operations planning process -Active TS/SCI clearance-HS diploma or GED-DoD 8570 IAT I or IAM Industrial Certification-Completion of the Joint Cyberspace Operations Planners Course (JCOPC), Joint Advanced Cyberspace Warfare Course (JACWC), Pacific Advanced Cyberspace Warfare Course (PACWC), or a service-specific equivalent within 6 months of hire
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with Joint Operational Planning (JOP) and the Joint targeting process-Ability to show Korean Defense Language Institute Qualifications of 1/1/1 in comprehension, reading, and speaking, Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) Level 2, or other proof of fluency
