This is a temporary position of undetermined length. Raytheon IIS is currently seeking a Total Asset Visibility (TAV) Analyst for the RAID Program. Primary responsibilities as a Total Asset Visibility (TAV) Analyst you will include, but are not limited to, the following: â¢ Develop new or update existing reports using MS Excel and written processes to format daily, weekly and monthly status reports to RAID Program Manager, Field and Supply Ops as needed that track trends and identify root causes based on website reporting and data entry. â¢ Ensure that the RAID CLS Spares website provides users with timely and accurate information on the location, movement, status, and identity of RAID-configured fielded system personnel, equipment, material, and supplies in various U.S. and overseas locations. â¢ Resolve supply accountability issues by verifying parts ordered and investigating supply problems. â¢ Analyze data from multiple sources to determine factors affecting RAID operational availability. â¢ Monitor assigned PM EO/IR - FP system status, inventories, and maintains situational awareness of program assets. â¢ Interface with the Field Service Representatives and logisticians in multiple locations to validate all information pertinent to their designated systems contained on the RAID CLS Spares website. This includes system status, open issues, parts requirements, parts tracking, parts availability, limited life parts, and availability of consumables. â¢ Provide TAV Help Desk Support and technical assistance to resolve website data issues. â¢ Provide RAID CLS Spares website orientation, demonstrations, and training. Required Skills: â¢ Proven analytical skills and data-manipulation skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources. â¢ Demonstrated experience with developing spreadsheets and reports needed to deliver useful information to the customer. â¢ Basic skills with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. â¢ Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Desired Skills: Prior knowledge of operations and maintenance of the RAID/ BETSS-C systems. â¢ Prior knowledge of RAID CLS Spares website processes. â¢ Familiarity with DoD supply processes and DoD maintenance operations. â¢ Flexibility to perform routine low level processing tasks and then switch to more strategic analysis. â¢ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with subordinates, peers, and leaders at all levels of management. Able to build strong working relationships with customer. â¢ High-energy, enthusiastic, and dependable individual who excels in challenging and competitive environments. Education Required: Bachelorâs degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business or a related discipline. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
