    * Security Clearance ? CPP Team Leaders, Team Member 2i/c and Team Member/Driver ? must hold or be eligible to obtain and be in the process of obtaining an Australian national Security clearance and at the min level of Secret (NV1) in accordance with the SOP clause 4.21 ? individuals who fail to obtain or retain will be subject to removal. Notwithstanding the above, each CPP team must contact at least one member that holds Secret (NV) national security clearance unless a waiver is obtained
    * To hold one of the following qualifications (in-date): HLTAID005 Provide First Aid In Remote Situations, FPOS-I, MIRA or PHTLS-TFR.
    * To have attended and passed an accredited CP course.
    * Sound knowledge and relevant skill set regarding the planning and conduct of CPP operations in a high risk environment

    Travel Details

    The Hub Airport designated by the Company for the Consultant will be located in the United Kingdom and will be the most cost effective option available to the Company at the time of booking a flight.     Additional criteria will need to be met by answering a variety of disqualifying questions.

    * Must have min of 7 year?s military experience with a minimum of 2 operational tours.
    * Valid SIA Licence (Close Protection front-line) - Demonstrable experience in close escorting and body-guarding with an accredited close protection training organization
    * British & Commonwealth passport holders only* ? see note below
    * Full UK Driving Licence & minimum C1 driving qualification
    * Qualified & experienced in fire-arms use ? Must be recent & specifically pistol, sub-machine gun, carbine and light machine gun. (full bore weapons)
    * Qualified & experienced in armoured vehicle driving - Capable and safe driver of heavy armoured four-wheel drive vehicles.
    * Communication equipment and voice procedure
    * Navigation and map reading and the use of GPS
