The Scenario Design Division (SDD) exercise staff supportssimulation driven command post exercises to train Brigade, Division, and Corps Commanders and their staffs during Warfighter exercises (WFX's). The Interagency (IA) team assists Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) staff and the Training Audiences (TA) by developing interagency scenarios. Special Skills Role Players (SKRP's) are personnel that work for the organization's mission support contractor, Northrop Grumman Technology Services (NGTS). The skill sets that these Special Skilled Role Players possess are not normally maintained within the Army; therefore, their participation is crucial to the successful execution of the Mission Command Training Program's mission and their primary role is training Brigade, Division or Corps staffs by replicating a complex and realistic interagency environment. TheRole Player Manager (RPM)works directly for the Interagency Subject Matter Expert (IA SME) and in tandem with the Interagency Coordinator. The Role PlayerManager (RPM) performs the duties of recruiting IA SKRPs, develops Statements of Work (SOW) and Single/Sole Source Justifications (SSJs), coordinates hiring actions, and schedules SKRPs for Warfighter exercises and other events as directed. TheRole Player Managerwill oversee the onboarding process and assignment of SKRPs for Brigade, Division, and Corps level Warfighter Exercises. TheRPM will conduct research of pertinent biographical and Operational Environment (OE) information for development of generic role player background sheets. This position requires coordination with the storyline writers within and outside of MCTP regarding their perceived use of SKRPs to ensure they are being correctly employed therefore making the storyline successful/believable. Additionally, this position assists in researching pertinent biographical and OE information for roles that may need to be represented during an exercise. The SKRP Scheduler must possess the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once while staying on task and keeping supervisors informed. TheRPM must be able to travel in support of Warfighter Exercises at least five times per year for a period of 16 to 22 days at a time. When participating in Warfighter Exercises within the SDD cell, the SKRP Scheduler will assist in operations of the IA cell. This includes arranging controlled entry to worksites for IA SKRPs, database management, attending SDD and exercise coordination meetings, assisting in storyline management, and any other required support to SDD. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Actively recruits and schedules required SKRPs for all MCTP Operations Groups events and maintains liaison responsibilities 2. Develops SOWs and SSJs for SKRPs employed by Northrop Grumman 3. Supports the preparation of SKRPs and role players by conducting research to develop pertinent biographical and OE information and develops SKRP background sheets 4. Maintains and updates the biographical information on key positions SKRPs would portray in the theaters MCTP depicts during exercises 5. Develops and documents new data when changes take place in key positions for a particular theater 6. Researches and works with government/contractor members developing storylines for an exercise 7. Participates in the training as members of an Embassy Country Team staff or other IIM/UAP organization, including serving as Observer Coach/Trainer (OC/T) as required 8.Assists the Senior Leader Engagement (SLE) Coordinatorwhen US or host nation SKRPs are desired to play an active role, i.e. an SLE, emails, video teleconferences (VTCs), telephone conferences (telecons), emails, social media, etc. with TAs, General Officers or key staff officers, as part of a storyline or MSEL item. 9. Contribute to the development of associated SKRP policies and procedures, and maintains appropriate SKRP management database files. 10. Maintains planning, scheduling, and other administrative documentation for the interagency team at MCTP. 11. Utilize all NGTS-MCTP SKRP management tools to ascertain any scheduling conflicts or co-current exercise participation. 12.Assists the IA Coordinator with development SKRP requirements to be incorporated into the Simulation Control Plan. 13. Maintains doctrinal awareness. 14. Assists the NGTS Interagency SME and Interagency Coordinator as directed. 15. Assists the Government's Interagency Program Coordinator as directed and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. 16. Assist the IA Coordinator with development of storylines and Interagency injects that will be inputted in to the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) **Basic Qualifications:** a. Bachelor's Degree 6 Years' Experience or Master's Degree 4 Years' Experience b. DoD military experience in Interagency/Joint assignments c. Familiar with current Army doctrine. d. Highly proficient with MS Office suite of software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. e. Superb interpersonal skills and professionalism f.
