    Operations AnalystKey Role:Provide acquisition and program management support to a DoD program office. Participate in all phases of DoD Acquisition with an emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases, as needed. Serve as a reviewer of acquisition program information submitted as part of a programs milestone decision package and perform other program reviews. Assist with the development of acquisition documentation, program-level documentation, and program briefings. Assist clients with the preparation of program-level meetings, briefings, or conferences and prepare meeting summaries for program-wide distribution. Assist with the collection, coordination, and dissemination of programmatic information. Provide administrative support, including planning and conducting program meetings, workshops, and teleconferences or conferences. Coordinate with government personnel across multiple internal teams to ensure comprehensive program management of research initiatives.Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience in defense acquisition programs with the Army-2+ years of experience with DoD 5000 regulations and instructions-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-Knowledge of Army Staff procedures and DoD Acquisition Regulations and Instructions-Secret clearance-BA or BS degreeAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with Army PEO or PM support-Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process a plus-Experience with the Army and working in an S3 environment a plus-Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition processes and policies, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)-Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.We‚re†an†EOE†that empowers†our people‚no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status‚to fearlessly drive change.
